If you contact us in any way, for example by using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your request and in case of any follow-up inquiries. We will not pass on any of the data without your consent.

Drone Services

We offer services for producing aerial imaging taken from our aircraft. In this context, we cannot rule out that recognizable persons may be recorded in individual cases and that as a consequence image data of persons may be processed. We and our respective customer are jointly responsible for these data processing activities. We have an agreement with our customers that they will inform data subject(s) about the processing of this data and respond to inquiries from the data subject(s). Therefore, if you have further questions in this context, please contact the respective customer contracting the aerial imaging. If you do not know the customer, please feel free to contact us and we will forward your request.

Your Rights

You are generally entitled to information, data correction, data deletion, data restriction, data portability, consent revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in some way, you can file a complaint with the regulatory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority DSB.
